Students may withdraw from an individual course after the course add/drop period on condition that he/she still has at least three credits enrolled after the course is withdrawn. When students wish to withdraw from a course after the add/drop period, they should complete and submit a signed application form (REG/Form/067) to the Registry in person or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by using the student account by the end of the 11th week of a semester.
For Summer Term, students who wish to withdraw from a course should submit a signed application form (REG/Form/067) to the Registry office in person or via email at email@example.com by using the student account at least five working days before the last class of the course concerned.
A “W” grade will be given to the withdrawn course and the tuition fee for the withdrawn course will not be refunded. Any application submitted after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered.
