| From Barrier Gate | Take 3A, 10B, AP1 and transfer 73 at AV.1° DE MAIO |
| From Lotus Border Gate | Take MT4, get off at Av Cidade Nova – Galaxy, walk to the opposite stop, Av Cidade Nova – Venetian, and change to bus 72. |
| From Macau Ferry Terminal | Take 3A, 10A, 10X, 28A or 32, get off at Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, and change to bus 71 or 73. |
