Application Periods in 2^nd Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026

• 2 December 2025 – 16 January 2026
• 1 – 17 April 2026 (Applicable to students returning from exchange or study abroad programmes who were unable to apply during the earlier period)

Application Procedures

Students are required to submit online application through any of the following channels within the application period.

• Student Information Web Services or Student Information Application (myUM → SI WEB / SIAPP)
  Please find the button “Online Application” and select “Course Exemption/Waiver”.

• UM App
  Please click “All services” in the “My Services” and select “Course Exemption/Waiver”.
