Application Procedures

1. Students are required to submit online application on Student Information Web Services or Student Information Application (myUM → SI WEB / SIAPP) within the application period. In SI WEB / SIAPP, please find the button “Online Application” and select “Transfer of Programme”. Please fill in and complete the application online.
2. The result of your application will be released in the pre-enrolment system (myUM → Pre-Enrolment) on 27 October 2025, notification e-mail will be sent to your student webmail account on the same day.
