For applicants of Direct Admission, no further revision of programme choice or application information/documents can be accepted after the application fee has been settled as the University will process qualified applications in due course.

  • Application period for Direct Admission (submitted via On-line Application System)
From mid June 2026
  • Candidates who receive admission offers are required to download “Offer of Admission”, debit note for payment and related documents via the On-line Application System
  • Return the signed “Statement of Acceptance” for admission confirmation within the specified period
Early July 2026
  • New students are required to download registration information via the On-line Application System
Mid to late July 2026 (tentative)
  • Payment period of Residential College fee and security deposit
Late July 2026 (tentative)
  • New students registration: submit all required documents and medical examination reports in order to validate the offer
Before mid Aug 2026
  • New students move in Residential Colleges
Mid Aug 2026
  • New Student Orientation
17/08/2026
  • Commencement of class for 2026/2027 academic year
